The Reality Check Beginning

Started NextSword Digital after watching too many Malaysian businesses struggle with AI consultants who promised everything and delivered complicated systems nobody could actually use. My background in enterprise software showed me there was a huge gap between AI possibilities and what small businesses actually needed.

Spent most of 2023 figuring out that businesses don't want to revolutionize everything - they want their current processes to work better. We shifted from selling AI transformation to helping companies integrate smart automation into what they're already doing well.
